FlowPay terms of service

Last updated 2026-09-10

FlowPay is a SentiDawn product. The SentiDawn Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to it, and the terms below are additional terms specific to FlowPay. Read the SentiDawn Terms of Service.

Acceptance

Read these FlowPay-specific terms together with the SentiDawn Terms of Service. This page is currently a draft. Its effective date has not been set.

What FlowPay does

FlowPay organizes assignments, timesheets, leave and claims, approvals, earnings calculations, settlements and payment records. A Client manages work and compensation settings; an Operator uses the available screens for their work and earnings. These labels describe product roles, not a determination of anyone's employment or legal status.

Accounts and access

Use the Google account associated with your FlowPay access. Available registration options, portals, Client scopes and modules depend on the configured access rules. A successful sign-in does not grant every function. MCP access requires separate permission for the person and server concerned and remains subject to the permissions of the connected account.

Using the service

Enter accurate information and review assignments, compensation settings, dates, quantities, adjustments and decisions before relying on the resulting totals. Submit only files relevant to the work and that you are authorized to provide. Some changes require approval or recalculation, and an approved decision may not be directly editable. Use the available correction process and contact the responsible Client when a record is wrong.

If you authorize an AI assistant through MCP, review the instructions you give it and the records it creates or changes. An assistant's output does not remove the need to check a work or payment record.

Payments

Payment entries and attachments record transactions outside FlowPay. Entering a payment, completing an approval or generating a settlement does not initiate a bank transfer. Calculated or recorded amounts should be checked against the applicable work arrangement and the actual payment evidence. A payment status in the product is not independent bank confirmation.

Responsibility for work

The configured scheme and entered records determine the calculation shown by FlowPay. The people responsible for the work should resolve disagreements about time, claims, rates and payments with the relevant Client or Operator. A system total is not, by itself, a determination of statutory entitlement or an adjudication of a dispute.

Prohibited use

Do not falsify work or payment evidence, access another person's records without authorization, or use a shared account or MCP credential to bypass the permissions assigned to you. The prohibited-use provisions of the SentiDawn Terms also apply.

Intellectual property

See the intellectual-property and user-content provisions in the SentiDawn Terms. This supplement does not add an ownership transfer of uploaded work records or evidence.

Suspension and ending access

Access can change when an account status, Client membership or module permission changes. Ending one assignment is not the same operation as closing the account or deleting its history.

Liability

See the general service and liability provisions in the SentiDawn Terms of Service.

Changes

The last-updated date identifies when these terms were edited. This page remains a draft until the final terms and their effective date are published.
